Melanie Gebhardt is a 2009 graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Media Communication and Production.

Melanie has gained a wide variety of media experience through academics, studying subjects such as television production, media theory, and multimedia design. Outside of school, Melanie has been sharpening her abilities in web-design, a hobby that she has had since she attended high school. Throughout college, she participated in two rewarding graphic and web internships at Philadelphia-area television stations - MiND TV and MyPHL 17. These experiences gave her the opportunity to utilize and improve her design abilities through hands-on instruction.

Melanie has excellent communication and organizational skills due to her administrative job with the Distance Learning and Summer Programs Department at Temple University, which she had held for over two years. She was able to complete tasks quickly and thoroughly and learn new tasks and programs with ease. She also had the opportunity to hone her creative skills even more by assisting with 3 department websites and creating promotional event flyers.

Currently, Melanie works as a marketing assistant at PernaFrederick Commercial Real Estate where she is able to use her creativity and organizational skills to create marketing materials, upkeep the company's website, and provide additional sales support.

Melanie's hobbies include songwriting, social media, web-design, and playing the clarinet and piano. She currently lives in Center City Philadelphia.
